Halibut in Creamy Wine Sauce Recipe
Instructions:1. Pat halibut steaks dry; place in crock-pot.
2. Combine flour, sugar and salt.
3. In saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour mixture.
4. When well blended, add wine a nd milk and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
5. Allow sauce to boil 1 minutes while stirring.
6. Pour sauce over fish.
7. Cover and cook on high 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
8. Transfer halibut to serving platter; garnish with lemon.
