Barbecued Catfish Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 6 catfish, 1 lb each
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup oil, vegetable


Instructions:

1. Clean, skin, and fillet fish.
2. Combine remaining ingredients.
3. Baste fish with sauce.
4. Place fish in a well-greased, hinged fish basket.
5. Place on grill about 3 to 4 inches from coals.
6. Cook 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily, brushing frequently with the sauce.
