Bucket of Grilled Crawfish Recipe

Serves 30

Ingredients:

  • 15 pounds crawfish
  • 4 ears corn
  • 15 red bliss potatoes, cut in half
  • 4 lemons, cut in half
  • 10 pounds seaweed, dipped in ocean water


Instructions:

1. Build a fire; cover with sandstone rocks.
2. Cover with seaweed.
3. Cover with chicken wire.
4. Cover with crawfish and potatoes.
5. Cover with corn and lemon halves.
6. Cover with more seaweed.
7. If seaweed dries out during cooking, pour ocean water on top.
