Carla's Turkey Loaf Recipe

Serves 8

Per Serving: 184 calories, 1.6 g fat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp hot ketchup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal


Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together and form into a loaf.
2. Place in a nonstick loaf pan, bake 350F for 2 hours.
