Buffalo Chicken Strips Recipe

Serves 6

Increase cayenne pepper to 1/4 tsp for spicier strips.


  • 1/2 cup 1% milk
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in 1" strips
  • 1 cup kellogg's corn flake crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper


1. Combine milk, honey and hot pepper sauce.
2. Add chicken strips and marinate at least 10 minutes.
3. Combine cornflakes, ginger, thyme, tarragon & cayenne.
4. Dip the chicken strips into the cornflake mixture.
5. Place the chicken on a jelly roll pan sprayed with Pam.
6. Bake at 400 F for 10 - 15 minutes until crispy.
7. Serve with blue cheese dressing, if desired.
