Baked Chicken Recipe

Serves 6


  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 6 chicken legs or thighs


1. Dip chicken pieces in flour then beaten eggs and then in crumb mixture.
2. Bake in hot oven 425 F about 25 minutes.
