Baked Chicken Breast Supreme Recipe

Serves 4

Exchanges: One serving equals 3 - 1/2 lean meat, 1 starch, 1/4 skim milk, 271 calories, 5 g fat.


Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 4 chicken breast halves withou
  • 1 cup bread crumbs


Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.
2. Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat.
3. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
4. Remove chicken from marinade, coat each piece with crumbs.
5. Arrange on a shallow baking pan.
6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
