Baked Chicken and Rice Recipe

Serves 4


  • 3 cups water
  • 6 cups chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 cube butter or margarine
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 8 pieces chicken


1. Bring water to boil in Dutch oven and then add bouillon cubes.
2. Mix the other ingredients, except chicken, with bouillon and water.
3. Season the chicken with seasoning salt and lay pieces on top of the rice mixture.
4. Cook 1 1/2 hours at 400 degrees.
