Baked Chicken and Butter and Cream Recipe

Serves 4

An absolutely delicious chicken entree.


  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 frying chicken, cut up
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup hot water


1. Dip chicken into water.
2. Coat with mixture of flour and seasonings.
3. Put skin side up into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
4. Dot with butter.
5. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes (or until golden brown).
6. Remove from oven.
7. Mix dry milk powder with water and pour around chicken.
8. Cover with aluminum foil.
9. Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
