Quiche Crusts Recipe

Makes 1 quiche crust

Protein: 12.5 grams; Calories: 570.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten


Instructions:

1. Combine ingredients.
2. Press into bottom and sides of greased 9″ pie plate.
3. Use any quiche filling. Tuna tastes especially good in this crust.
