Fruit Tacos Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup baked coconut
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1 medium apple, pared, cored and chopped
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp pourable fruit, any flavor (found in jelly section of store)
  • 6 taco shells
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt


Instructions:

1. Spread coconut on baking sheet.
2. Toast in 350 F oven for 7 to 12 minutes, stirring often.
3. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together strawberries, grapes, apple, banana, and pourable fruit.
4. Fill taco shells evenly with fruit.
5. Top filled tacos evenly with yogurt.
6. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
