Fruit Muffins Recipe

Makes 20 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup raisins or chopped berries, (or other fruit)


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
3. Beat in the milk and egg until smooth.
4. Mix in the fruit.
5. Place in buttered and floured muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes.
