Vinegar Pie Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp unbleached flour
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 5 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 4 large eggs, beaten


Instructions:

1. Combine sugar and flour.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a saucepan.
3. Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust.
4. Bake in a 375 F oven until crust is brown.
