Veggie Vomit Recipe

Serves 8 to 10


  • 6 oz box lime jello
  • 1/4 head cabbage
  • 3 carrots, washed and peeled
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 11 oz mandarin orange segments, drained

Special Equipment:
  • Grater
  • Knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Fork
  • Plastic wrap


    1. Prepare jello according to directions on box.
    2. Refrigerate for 2 1/2 hours or until partially set.
    3. Grate about half a cup cabbage and half a cup carrots into a bowl.
    4. Add the drained pineapple and orange segments to the vegetables and mash with a fork until mixture looks well chewed.
    5. Remove the jello and dump the vegetables in.
    6. Stir gently with a fork.
    7. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 to 4 hours until it has the consistency of a grassy pile of gelatinous puke.
