Hot Spinach and Mushroom Salad Recipe
Instructions:1. Wash fresh spinach and remove all tough stems; drain well.
2. In hot oil, saute mushrooms and onions until onions are wilted.
3. Add lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and pepper; mix well.
4. Stir in spinach and cook only until spinach begins to wilt.
5. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt.
6. Serve immediately.
