Anne's Spinach Salad Recipe

Serves 6


  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard, dry
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pk spinach, fresh, (10 oz), torn into bite-size pieces
  • 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 eggs, hard-cooked, sliced


1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake until well mixed; set aside.
2. Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
3. Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach and toss gently.
4. Garnish with crumbled bacon and egg slices.
