Vegan Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Serves 6 to 8 Ingredients: 10 oz firm silken tofu
1 15-oz can pumpkin
1/2 cup fruit source or granulated date sugar
1/3 cup oil
2 tsp molasses
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ginger
1 unbaked crust of your choice
Instructions: Blend all ingredients, pour into pie shell and bake for 1 hour at 350 F, or until done.
