1. Beat eggs in a small mixer bowl on high speed for 5 minutes or until thick and lemon-colored.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Pour batter by Tbsps.
4. Onto medium-hot griddle.
5. Bake until puffed and bubbles begin to break.
6. Turn and bake> other side until golden brown.
