Granny's Candied Pumpkin Recipe - Printable Version Serves 5 to 6
- 10 cups thinly cubed pumpkin
- 2 cup sugar
- 6 slices bacon
1. Place pumpkin in a large casserole dish.
2. Cover with sugar.
3. Bake in a 350F oven until pumpkin starts to get soft.
4. Stir pumpkin and place bacon on top.
5. Bake until liquid is syrupy.
