Potato Vegetable Chowder Recipe
Instructions:1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat.
2. Stir in onion; cook until tender.
3. Stir in flour, bouillon, thyme and pepper.
4. Cook until mixture is smooth and boubly.
5. Gradually stir in milk and water; cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
6. Add potatoes, ham and vegetables.
7. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
