Potato Cheddar Soup Recipe

Serves 10

Ingredients:

  • 2 2/3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 oz carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 2/3 oz celery, diced
  • 3 1/3 oz onions, chopped
  • 1 1/3 lb potatoes, peeled and cubes
  • 1/3 can Chef-mate sharp Cheddar cheese sauce
  • 1 1/3 pint chicken stock, hot
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 2/3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/3 dash garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes


Instructions:

2. Place vegetable oil in large stockpot.
3. Add carrots, celery and onions.
4. Saute 15 minutes.
5. Add potatoes; saute additional 5 minutes.
7. Combine remaining ingredients.
8. Add to vegetable mixture.
9. Combine thoroughly.
11. Heat to serving temperature.
12. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
13. Serve.
