Cream of Potato Soup Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 5 potatoes, medium size
  • 3 cups potato water
  • 5 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic (or 1 onion)
  • 1 cup sweet cream


Instructions:

1. Boil and mash potatoes and garlic; add potato water, salt and cream.
2. Let come to a boil and serve at once with salt wafers.
