Fresh Chilli Chutney Recipe

Makes 1 cup

Warning: this one is VERY HOT.


  • 1/2 cup fresh red or green chillies
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • Salt


1. Wash and dry the chillies.
2. Cut off the stalks and chop.
3. Mix all the ingredients together about 15 minutes before serving.
