Coriander Chutney Recipe
Instructions:1. Fry the 1 tbsp of channa dal with 1-4 red chilies over a low flame until the dal becomes golden brown.
3. Let cool then add along with the coconut, green chilies, and salt to a blender with water, as necessary.
4. Blend to desired consistency.
5. Place in bowl.
6. Fry the mustard seeds, channa dal and urad dal in a small amount of oil until mustard seeds pop.
7. Use as garnish on top of chutney.
