Salsa Chowder Recipe

Ingredients: 1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tsp margarine
1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn
1 cup ready-to-serve low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup mild chunky salsa
Instructions: 1. In a 1-quart microwavable casserole combineonion, pepper and margarine; cover and microwave on HIGH until onion is translucent, about 2 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingreadients and stir to combine; microwave on Medium (50%) for 4 minutes; stirring every 2 minutes, until mixture is thoroughly heated.
