Parsnip Salad Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup grated parsnips
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Instructions:

    1. Combine parsnip, celery, green pepper and parsley in bowl.
    2. Mix mayonnaise, salad oil, vinegar, lemon juice and salt together in measuring cup or bowl.
    3. Pour over parsnip mixture.
    4. Toss lightly.
    5. Serve.
