Quick Orange Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Makes 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup ketchup

    • Instructions:

    1. Mix all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring cup.
    2. Cook in microwave oven for 4 minutes on high.
    3. Stir twice.
