Quick Orange Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Makes 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients: 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/3 cup orange juice
3/4 cup ketchup
Instructions: 1. Mix all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring cup.
2. Cook in microwave oven for 4 minutes on high.
3. Stir twice.
