Paris Onion Soup Recipe
Serves 6 Ingredients: 2 qts onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 qt milk
1 pint half and half
2 cans chicken stock
Some Parmesan cheese
Instructions: 1. Simmer onions in butter for 45 minutes.
2. Season to taste.
3. Add milk, cream and chicken broth.
4. Place toast in bottom of soup bowl.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
6. Pour soup over toast.
