Pan Fried Onion Pancake Recipe
Ingredients: 3 cups water
2 eggs
200 oz flour
Onion leaves, according to taste
Salt, according to taste
Instructions: Mix the flour and the eggs together. Mix until the texture is even. Add some salt (according to your taste). Add some water and stir. Keep adding and stirring so the mixture is even. When the mixture is a little bit watery but not too watery. Make sure the pan has oil in it and the temperature is about the temperature for frying an egg. When the pan is hot enough, pour in a little bit of mixture so the mixture in the pan is about 3-4 inches wide. Fry until both sides are golden brown or crispy.
