Teriyaki Grilled Corn Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 6 ears fresh corn


  • Instructions:

    1. Place all ingredients, except corn, into a pot.
    2. Whisk togetehr and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    3. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
    4. Remove from heat.
    5. Prepare grill.
    6. Husk corn and grill, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes.
    7. When almost done, baste with glaze two or three times.
