Sweet Corn Bake Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 2 half pints whipping cream
  • 2 boxes jiffy corn bread mix


Instructions:

1. Drain whole kernel corn.
2. Put corn in 9 x 13-inch pan, add melted butter and stir to mix, add 2 half pints of whipping cream (unwhipped) to corn and mix in.
3. Sprinkle dry corn bread mix over top.
4. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
