Stouffer's Corn Soufflé Recipe

Serves 4


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 1 lb canned cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk


1. With electric mixer beat eggs until foamy.
2. Beat in remaining ingredients as listed.
3. Pour into Pam-sprayed 8-inch square baking dish.
4. Bake on center rack of preheated 400 F oven for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
