Scalloped Corn Recipe

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 2 butter, melted
  • 4 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 Flako cornbread mix
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can niblets corn


Instructions:

1. Mix first four ingredients together.
2. Stir in 1 can creamed corn and 1 can niblets corn.
3. Pour into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.
