Sajur Bening (Vegetable Soup) Recipe

Serves 4 to 6


  • 2 ears corn, husked
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic (optional)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cup water
  • 2 bouillon cubes (optional)
  • 4 oz spinach


1. Slice corn from cob.
2. Cook it with other ingreds except spinach until done.
3. Add spinach, mix and continue cooking for 2 mins.
4. Remove from heat; serve hot.
