Perfect Corn On the Cob Recipe

Serves 4

77 calories per ear of corn.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears fresh sweet corn
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions:

1. Husk and remove silk from ears of corn.
2. Place in a large pot and add just enough water to cover.
3. Heat covered over high heat to boiling, then boil 2-3 minutes.
4. Drain.
5. Serve hot with butter, salt and pepper.
