Juicy Corn Recipe

Serves 2 to 3


  • 5 ears fresh corn, or 1 can cream-style corn and 1 can 1 whole kernel corn
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. If using fresh corn, shuck off kernels into large bowl.
3. Melt margarine in a casserole bowl.
4. Meanwhile, pour whole kernels or fresh corn in a bowl.
5. Mix with sugar, salt and pepper and flour.
6. If using fresh corn, pour in 1 1/2 cups of water; if using canned, add the can of cream-style and mix well.
7. Pour corn in casserole bowl with margarine.
8. Cook in the oven for 1 1/2 hours.
