Herbed Corn On the Cob Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Corn ears, medium
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/8 tsp basil, dried
  • 1/8 tsp chervil, dried
  • 1/8 tsp thyme, dried


  • Instructions:

    1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook corn for 5 minutes until tender.
    2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    3. In microwave, cook on high until butter is melted, 1 to- 1 1/2 minutes.
    4. Serve corn brushed with herb butter.
