Herb-Buttered Corn Recipe

Serves 10

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash garlic powder
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 10 fresh corn ears, husked and cooked


  • Instructions:

    1. In a bowl, combine first eight ingredients; mix well.
    2. Spread over each ear of corn.
