Herb-Buttered Corn Recipe
Serves 10 Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 tbsp fresh chives, minced
1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp salt
Dash garlic powder
Dash cayenne pepper
10 fresh corn ears, husked and cooked
Instructions: 1. In a bowl, combine first eight ingredients; mix well.
2. Spread over each ear of corn.
