Eggless Corn Muffins Recipe
Makes 12 muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp shortening
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Sift and mix together the dry ingredients.
2. Add the milk and shortening.
3. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
