Eggless Corn Muffins Recipe
Makes 8 muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp shortening, melted
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Sift and mix together the dry ingredients.
2. Add the milk and shortening.
3. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
