Double-Corn Muffins Recipe
Instructions:1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Grease 12 muffin-pan cups.
3. In large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt, and red pepper.
4. In medium bowl, whisk together milk, butter, and egg.
5. Stir into dry ingredients just until combined.
6. Stir in corn.
7. Spoon into prepared pans.
8. Bake for 20 minutes.
9. Unmold and serve warm.
