Cream Corn Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Melt butter in pot.
2. Add flour and blend well over medium heat, add milk to mixture and stir continuously until thick.
2. Pour into food processor and add 1/2 cup of corn.
3. Puree and return to pot. Add remaining corn and heat until corn is hot.
4. Milk can be added if mixture is too thick.
