Corn Pudding Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream corn
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 egg


Instructions:

1. Mix together.
2. Cook at 400 F until golden brown, for approximately 50 minutes.
