Corn Muffins with Honey Butter Recipe
Instructions:1. In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, milk powder, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
2. Add water, butter, eggs and lemon juice; stir until dry ingredients are moi stened.
3. Spoon into 24 greased muffin cups or 18 if you are using the large sized tins.
4. Bake at 425 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes.
5. In a small mixing bowl, beat together honey and softened butter.
6. Serve with the muffins.
