Cheese Scalloped Corn Recipe

Serves 8 to 10

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 16-oz cans cream-style corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper


  • Instructions:

    1. Beat eggs in large mixing bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.
    2. Spoon mixture into 2 greased 1-quart casseroles.
    3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for about 35 to 40 minutes.
