Carrot Salad Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, halved
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise


  • Instructions:

    1. Whip cream and set aside.
    2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, tossing to blend.
    3. Fold in whipping cream.
    4. Let chill, covered, in refrigerator for 10 min before serving.
    5. Refrigerate any unused portion.
