Variety Coleslaw Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped or grated
  • 2 tbsp green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup boiled dressing, diet
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1/2 apple, chopped or 1/3 cup drained, unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp raisins


  • Instructions:

    1. Combine cabbage, carrot and green pepper in a bowl.
    2. Combine dressing with yogurt.
    3. Add apple or pineapple or raisins to cabbage mixture.
    4. Pour on dressing and mix gently.
