Hot Oriental Salad Recipe
Instructions:1. Heat oil in large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger; saute until garlic is lightly browned.
3. Add celery; stir-fry 2 minutes.
4. Add cabbage and mushrooms; stir-fry 2 minutes.
5. Add spinach; stir-fry 2 minutes.
6. Add soy sauce and toss to coat vegetables.
7. Serve immediately.
